A Russian film about a teenager surprised by the sudden appearance of the father she thought to be dead won the top prize at the 2008 Shanghai International Film Festival.

Miranda Kerr is Smokin’ in Spain

Miranda Kerr smokes it up on the runway during a fashion show in Gran Canaria, Spain on Sunday.

The 25-year-old Victoria’s Secret model showed off swimsuit after swimsuit at the Gran Canaria Moda Calida 2008 show in Las Palmas over the weekend.

Speaking recently about her relationship to Orlando Bloom, Miranda said, “He’s just a guy. He happens to be an actor.”

Tinsley Mortimer Joins Gossip Girl

Manhattan socialite Tinsley Mortimer, aka The Tinz, apparently has scored herself a cameo on the hit CW drama, Gossip Girl.

The Tinz, along with regulars Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen, were spotted in white dresses on Monday morning walking to the set of Gossip Girl, which is currently filming in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York.

Last season, publishing heiress Lydia Hearst made a cameo on the season finale of Gossip Girl.

It should also be reported that MTV recently shot down a reality show featuring Ms. Mortimer. A source told Page Six, “A Tinsley reality show was shot by MTV. But they couldn’t use any of it. It’s collecting dust. She looked good but she just got dressed and went to parties every day and didn’t have anything interesting to say. It was incredibly boring. The project is dead.”

“HSM” director Kenny Ortega once told me you and Zac Efron started dating on the first “High School Musical,” and I don’t think I’ve ever heard that story. And I’m going to keep it that way.

You’re not going to tell me? No. Only because I don’t want to talk about it. It might hurt the relationship. That’s something I have to myself.

So, is it hard to go on dates? No. We do what we want.

Are the reports true that Zac doesn’t like to shower? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic.

Because when I met him, he smelled perfectly fine. He showers! He showers! ­Believe me, he does.

Every day? Yes! Of course.

Speaking with GQ magazine, Gisele opened up about people not believing that her looks are all-natural! “The other day, a girl on my plane was pulling my hair. She was like, ‘I just want to check!’”, said Gisele.

The 27-year-old model also recently denied to GQ that she made the Forbes-quoted salary of $35 million last year. Gisele went on to say, “Do you think [salary]’s important to me? Look, this is my job. I take pictures. There is no big deal. I would like to know who this reporter is finding out all of these amounts. And I would like him to talk to my accountant and figure out where is the cash that’s missing. Because I haven’t seen it.”
